Ancient Greek and Roman Recipes come from interpretation of historians using poems artifacts and first cooking notes.
Dominant flavors are honey, Vinegar, fermented fish sauce, and vast variety of herbs and spices from the Greek soil.
All these are combined with wines from ancient graperies like Nemea and Lemnos which are still produced today.

The courses are held at the π Αthens hotel next to National Gardens and Panathenaic all marble Stadium in the heart of Athens.
Chef Alexander from France will teach you the unique method implied from the Ancients to make unique flavors and delicious dishes.
Courses are 3 hours duration with participating in the food preparation and cooking .
A dinner is included after the classes with fine wines ( half a bottle per person).
Analytical Recipes of the foods made are given to the participants.
