Chef Alexander from France will teach you the unique method implied form the Ancheiens to make unique flavors and delicious dishes.
Cources are 3 hours duration with participating in the food preparation and cooking .
A dinner is included after the classes with fine wines ( half a bottle per person).
Analytical Recipes of the foods made are given to the participants.
